We are looking for Artists!
The Second Act is hosting an Art Fair and Exhibit to create an awareness within our community of the value of our more mature population and the contributions they can make to the artistic development of Southern Illinois. This event is open to the public.

Location: Carbondale Civic Center
Date and Time: Saturday, July 25, 9 am- 3 pm
Cost: $10 fee required to secure booth space. Fee will be refunded at close of event.
Booth Information:Space will be 10' x 10'. Three 6 foot tables and a chair will be provided.
Requirements: Works must be original art. No machine made or mass produced work please. Duplicates must be signed.

- The Second Act, a program of Southern Illinois Healthcare, retains the right to refuse space to market products deemed objectionable. Only original handmade items are to be accepted. No projectile devices will be allowed. All on site activities subject to approval. The Second Act nor SIH is responsible for loss of merchandise due to any cause.
- No charge for electricity -- limited number of spaces. Exhibitor must bring 100 foot extension cord.
- All display materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor. A neat, attractive display is important. Entire display must be inside the assigned area.
- Each exhibitor is responsible to clean-up their area.
- No food or drinks to be sold by exhibitor.
- No tear down before end of show.
- Illinois State Tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
