The Read at Work program is designed to help SIH employees review their reading skills and communication skills (verbal & written).

The School at Work program prepares employees to build a career ladder in healthcare. Participants refresh math, reading and communication skills and then receive education on Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology. This course, from start to finish, takes 8 months to complete.

Both the Read at Work and School at Work program give employees the skills they need to move ahead in the workplace. Enabling our employees to grow and achieve their educational goals gives them the opportunity for job advancement.
