Southern Illinois Healthcare facilities have collaborated with Preferred Medical Deposit (PMD), a patient billing and payment center, to offer on-line bill pay.
PMD manages billing of the patient responsibility portion of patient accounts. Billing statements from PMD provide individuals with a PC number that is needed to log in to their account.
Online payments may be made with credit card, debit card, or checking account.
Those with questions or in need of setting up a payment plan are asked to contact the PMD Customer Service Center at 1-800-777-8645. An itemized bill statement is available upon request by calling SIH Patient Financial Services at 1-800-457-1393.
