Cancer Transitions

Helping Cancer Patients After Treatment

The moment one hears the diagnosis of cancer, the wheels begin in motion with tests and treatment. But, what happens once the treatment is finished?

Thanks to Cancer Transitions™, a free six-week program of the Cancer Support Community and LIVESTRONG, cancer survivors can make the transition from active treatment to post-treatment care.

The program provides cancer survivors with the information, skills and tools they need to address the issues of exercise, nutrition, emotional health, quality of life and medical management in the transitional time after treatment ends.
