Fit 2 Function (COST $50 flat fee)

Join fellow Second Act members in an exclusive exercise program designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Two sessions are available: those new to exercise (Level I) and those who are more active (Level II).

Workouts incorporate the use of balls, resistance bands and free weights, and can be modified to the individual.

See results as you progress through the program with help from SIH Outpatient Rehabilitation.
