Customer Service Representatives are available Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. to answer your billing questions and discuss payment options. You may pay over the phone with a representative by credit card or debit card. Account balances paid in full within the first 30 days are eligible for a 10% prompt pay discount, which will be reflected on the first statement from SIH. An itemized statement of your bill is available upon request. If you have concerns about the cost of your care, financial assistance may be available to you through our Healthcare Assistance Program.

SIH offers a Line of Credit Program through Commerce Bank which offers payment plans up to 60 months with 0% interest and no credit scoring. For more information or to enroll in our Line of Credit Program, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 618-457-3083.

Accounts with a balance after 30 days will begin receiving statements from Avadyne, a patient billing and payment center. Avadyne is an extension of the SIH Business Office, NOT a collection agency. They will be discussing your payment options, working with you to establish an acceptable payment plan, and sending out your monthly statement.
