Dr. Bush was extremely professional and thorough talking me through the process of the hearing . Upon completion of the test, she sat with me to explain the outcome of the test.

The audiological testing, comparison to results of prior visit, questions, discussion and recommendations were all provided in a most professional, easy to understand manner. One small thing, the quality of the printer or perhaps ink supply used for the report and recommendations sheet produced a faded, somewhat hard to read document.
