Nominate Your Nurse or Caregiver

The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care given by nurses every day. Southern Illinois Healthcare is proud to be a DAISY Award Partner, recognizing one of our nurses with this special honor.

The DAISY Nurse Leader Award recognizes nurses who are extraordinary in the impact they have on compassionate patient care. Honorees can be any nurse leader who impacts patient care directly including supervisors, managers, educators, or nurses who specialize in case management, informatics, or patient flow.

The SIH Nursing TONI Award recognizes Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). Candidates exhibit compassionate care, process a great work ethic, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.

The Southern Illinois Healthcare Provider Shining Star Award recognizes providers for extraordinary care to patients. The provider exemplifies the SIH Mission and Values. The nominator will provide specific examples of how the provider lives out our Mission and Values.
