Our Quality Care Promise
We appreciate your feedback on the care and service you received while at Southern Illinois Healthcare. Your comments, suggestions, compliments and concerns help us improve the quality of our services. Within a few weeks after discharge, a random selection of patients will receive our Patient Satisfaction Survey. If you receive a survey, please take the time to complete it and return it to our survey company.

Grateful Patient & Family Program
This program provides patients, former patients and families an opportunity to give back to honor those who so compassionately cared for them during their time of greatest need. If you appreciated the care you or a family member received at our facility and wish to show gratitude in a meaningful way, please consider making a gift in honor of one or more health care professionals.
