Why strive to be fit? Simply put, to function better every day! Join fellow Second Act members in an exclusive exercise program designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Classes are performed and evaluated by athletic trainers from SIH Rehabilitation.

Classes happen twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays.

Workouts incorporate the use of balls, resistance bands and free weights, and can be modified to the individual.

Cost is $36 for the 6-week session. Please pay online.
