Pay Your Bill Online
Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, Herrin Hospital, and St. Joseph Memorial Hospital are contracted with Preferred Medical Deposit (PMD), a patient billing and payment center. PMD manages billing of the patient responsibility portion of your account. You will receive a billing statement from PMD providing you with a PC number that you will need to log into your account.
You may pay by credit card, debit card, or checking account. If you have questions or need to set up a payment plan, contact the PMD Customer Service Center at 1.800.777.8645. An itemized statement of your bill is available upon request by calling SIH Patient Financial Services at 1.800.457.1393.
