Stroke Survivor Series

First Monday of each month, 1:00–3:00 p.m.

Adjusting to life after a stroke can be challenging for survivors and their families. The SIH Brain & Spine Institute offers this free monthly program to provide education, support and encouragement. Each session covers a different aspect of recovery from eating, bathing, speech challenges, exercise and faith-based coping and more. Sessions do not need to be completed in order, participants can join at any time.
